We were not happy with the delivery schedule. They changed it twice and we had already scheduled time off with our employer. We are expecting another postponement this week. We were supposed to receive it on the 11th and here we are the 17th and now they say 21st. Not very polite when trying to ask why the delays.

I am giving a 4 star review to Skylar at carport commander. He was very helpful and patient with me and all my questions. Idk if he had anything to do with the pricing or not but I feel like I’m getting a heck of a deal thanks to him. I would give a 5 star but I haven’t received my building yet. carport commander did an excellent job for me from Savanna helping me design and price my building to the crew that came out and built it I did my homework before buying this building and they had some of the best ratings that’s one of the reasons I went with carport commander And the price was unbeatable.

These people are crooks. I was told I would get my deposit back if I couldn’t get a permit. I was not able to get a permit and they refused to return my money.
Once they get your money no one will call you back. They installed 4 windows and small door and did not seal anything. They said it’s the customers responsibility which is a joke for what we had to pay for this

The process on getting a plan and rendering of the building was fast and easy. The financing process was also quick. I am awaiting a set date for them to build.

Well they start off by arriving 4 hours late after their window that they give in time which is a 3-hour window. Then I put the locks on my bay doors on backwards. We didn't realize this until we were going to leave for memorial weekend and realize we had no way to lock or secure our garage as with the locks being on the outside there's no way to secure it at all with the latch. We also caught them drinking on the job on our camera and then found the beer bottles the next day underneath the tarp. It was kind of ridiculous that I had to babysit these people just to get a building built no matter what the price of it is. And I would not recommend them simply because of their professionalism is lacking. When asked for a discount I was given the runaround and transferred back and forth back and forth between people and then finally told my person that wouldn't even get on the phone that there would be no discount and they basically didn't care whether I was happy or not. Anyone that would like to see this I have text messages recorded phone calls and video prove it
So far, I have only ordered a 20 x 40 carport. I will complete the transaction in the next few weeks. Andrew and the team have been courteous, professional and dedicated to providing me the carport I need for the right price. Andrew went through every detail of design, features, delivery, and setup issues. He patiently answered every one of my questions, and seemed genuinely concerned that I end up with the carport I need.
We would 10/10 recommend Carport Commanders! We are still waiting on our concrete to get done so their team can come put up the building, but so far everyone has been awesome. We drove up to Mt Airy Friday to put our down payment on the building; after running into a few obstacles we had when we first got to the town, Nathan met with us after business hours to take our deposit and to do the paperwork. After speaking for only a few minutes about everything; he called and got us a really good deal on a hotel instead of us driving all the way back that night. Overall the customer service we have received from the whole team has been exceptional! The sales representative Will has also been amazing working with us to make sure everything was lined up exactly the way we wanted it. We couldn’t have asked for a better business to do our stuff so far. Can’t wait to see it all put together!
