We had a 30 x 40 building installed 6 months ago on our gravel pad. The installation went great and we really like the building. The problem we're having is an insane amount of moisture on everything we store our there, especially now in the Spring. Just an fyi, if we could go back in time we would definitely lay a moisture barrier under the gravel. It was our ignorance, but I wish it had been suggested.
