3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer at the time of request. Final pricing may vary due to:

  • Site conditions

  • Engineering requirements

  • Permit requirements

  • Delivery distance

  • Manufacturer pricing adjustments

  • Material cost fluctuations

A deposit may be required to secure pricing and begin order processing.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of your building.

Refund policies are governed by the signed purchase agreement and manufacturer terms. In certain circumstances, deposits may be non-refundable due to production scheduling, material allocation, or administrative processing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all purchase documents prior to signing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper site preparation

  • Obtaining required permits (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Verifying HOA compliance

  • Providing accurate measurements and specifications

  • Confirming property access for delivery and installation

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Third-Party Manufacturers

Carport Commander works with third-party manufacturers and installation partners. While we coordinate the process, final manufacturing and installation timelines are controlled by the manufacturer.

We are not liable for manufacturer production delays, material shortages, weather delays, or acts outside of our control.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with website functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Impersonate another individual

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.
